Frank met with me and is fixing the pool at the end of July.

Buyer beware, Blue Haven Pools, Frank Elwood, does not honor the lifetime warranty on the structure of the pools he builds. Our pool will not hold water anymore because of all the cracks.

I have contacted his office every month for 3 months to get warranty work done. Lisa, his watch dog, covers for him and puts you off so you think something will happen. (work order) It doesn't! I guess its will be small claims court for Frank.

Our pool has been repaired two times already, but it doesn't last.

It was not installed good to begin with or we would not continue to have cracks. Blue Haven needs to fix the root problem-footers

Frank from Blue Haven met with this homeowner last week and has come up with an agreed upon plan to repair the pool as soon as the customers return to town at the end of July.
